Description: D2 ° winemaking is a project by Irma Cipolletta and Stefano Sciullo. A collaboration with our friends of Duilio Secondo – an architecture and design studio and a creative laboratory located in Rome and in Campagnano di Roma, thirty kilometers north of the capital, where Irma and Stefano live in an 18th century house which they have renovated and furnished themselves. Below the house is the cellar, a cave carved by hand into the tuff. Twelve hours of maceration on the skins. Fermented in a cave at an uncontrolled temperature of approximately 18 ° C. Pressed with a mechanical press. Eight months of aging in fifty-four-liter glass demijohns.
