SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
1.1 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the day the ordered products are received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us via an explicit statement sent to the email address: info@progettosete.it..
1.2 – Conditions for Return Acceptance
As the sale involves food and beverage products (wine), the right of withdrawal is applicable only if the returned product is completely intact. Returns will not be accepted for:
Bottles that have been opened, tampered with, stripped of the capsule, or partially consumed.
Bottles damaged by the Customer due to improper storage.
Products must be returned in their original packaging (or in packaging that is suitable and equally safe for transporting glass bottles) to the following address: AZIENDA AGRICOLA SETE, VIA DEL FALZARANO 14, 04015, PRIVERNO (LT), ITALY.
1.3 – Return Shipping Costs and Refunds
Customer's Expense: The shipping costs for returning the product (the return shipment from the Customer to our facility) are entirely borne by the Customer, who may choose the courier of their preference.
Refund: Once the goods are received and their integrity is verified, we will proceed with the refund of all payments received from the Customer, including the initial delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery type other than the standard one offered by us). The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
1.4 – Management of Defective Products or "Corked" Wine
In the event that the Customer encounters an obvious defect in the product (e.g., wine that is "corked" or otherwise altered), the return procedure will be regulated as follows:
1 The Customer must report the issue to the email address info@progettosete.it within 24 hours of opening the bottle, attaching photographic proof of the product.
2 The bottle considered defective must be kept with at least 3/4 of its original content and resealed with its original cork/cap.
3 In this specific case, the collection and shipping costs will be entirely borne by Azienda Agricola SETE. We will arrange for our courier to collect the defective bottle.
4 Once the product is received and the defect is verified, we will proceed, at the Customer's discretion, to ship a replacement bottle (at no additional cost) or provide a full refund of the product price and the related shipping costs.
