Vinification:
Flora is the result of a creative approach: half of the grapes are vinified with a carbonic maceration using whole bunches for three weeks, extracting intense aromas and a silky texture. The other half undergoes destemming with two days of skin contact to provide freshness and some body. After gentle pressing, the blend matures in steel to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Tasting notes:
Flora surprises with its personality and presence. On the nose, it seduces with a play of contrasts: an explosion of ripe yellow fruit and white flowers that create a vibrant and sunny bouquet. On the palate, the lively acidity is balanced by a juicy, savory, and incredibly dynamic sip. It is a white wine with a distinct identity, capable of supporting a meal but created to be drunk with extreme ease. We like to think of this wine as an intense and fun experience that leaves an impression.
