The story behind the bottle:
The climate is changing, and so are we. In 2024, climate challenges impacted some of our red grapes, leading to a slower ripening process. Instead of forcing the issue, we simply listened to what the vines had to say. The result is a vibrant, easygoing red that turns lower sugar content into its ultimate superpower, delivering incredible freshness and juiciness.
Vinification:
Following destemming, the grapes were gently crushed and underwent a brief two days of skin contact to preserve the fruit's vibrant brightness. Fermentation and aging took place entirely in stainless steel to maintain a crisp, clean profile.
