Vinification:
Comandante represents Sete's vibrant and dynamic interpretation of Cesanese. A wine that rejects superstructures to seek the purity of the fruit and the verticality of the sip, distancing itself from the chromatic and structural heaviness of tradition to embrace freshness and freedom. Maceration on the skins for eight days. Pressed with a hydraulic press. Aged in steel for ten months on the fine lees, followed by twelve months in the bottle.

The bouquet is an explosion of small ripe red fruits intertwined with warm notes of sweet spices, where cinnamon stands out. The sip is agile and highly drinkable. Freshness is the backbone of the wine, supporting a balanced and never redundant body.
