The story behind the bottle:
The grapes for Rosso Sete come from two historic plots, planted in 1978 and managed by us since 2014.
These vineyards are characterized by a diversified mix of varieties (vineyard blend) that we vinify together, a practice that has always guaranteed results of great balance and satisfaction.
Vinification:
Vinification takes place in steel, favoring an approach that enhances freshness and drinkability.
Maceration: five days of skin contact for a delicate extraction of color and structure.
Pressing: gentle, performed with a hydraulic press.
Tasting notes:
Rosso Sete presents itself as an honest and satisfying wine, offering an immediate and vibrant tasting experience. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry, currant), supported by a slight floral scent. Medium-bodied and well-balanced. It stands out for its tastiness and excellent acid freshness. The tannins are light and silky, well-integrated into the structure. The result is fluidity and excellent drinkability.
