Sete is a deep-rooted yet visionary project,
an act of agricultural resistance and recycling.
Agriculture and wine as tools for independence,
connection, and conviviality.

We interpret macerations and explore taste to extract the soul of the territory, moving between agile drinks and more structured glasses. Each bottle vibrates with a profound freshness.
We cultivate 4.5 hectares divided into twelve plots. We are the custodians of these old vineyards, ranging from 50 to over 100 years of age, born when the vineyard was a place of daily life rather than a monoculture.
Ours is a continuous dialogue with the local elder winemakers: we gather their experience and, whenever possible, their grapes as well, so as not to lose the value of these small, immense agricultural heritages.

The Sete Social Club is our network of human, professional, and cultural alliances. An open space where wine becomes a pretext to unite the energies of the territory. From managing independent events to active participation in the "Dai Monti Lepini al Mare" (MyBest Lazio) DMO, we work to promote an idea of tourism and culture that is authentic and outside of commercial circuits.
